Rembrandt's drawings and etchings are a big influence on me during this project. The fluidity and humanity captured in these simple studies are as profound to me as his finished works. They will be my touch stone as I go along with this project. I am worried that my audience at Morningview will compare my drawings to a photograph. I hope this explanation of what I am shooting for will broaden that comparison.
